Good app very easy to use
My son was charged $200 for fuel at over $5 per litre (including surcharges) even though the fuel tank was 100% full when the car was returned. Fortunately they have agreed to a full refund.

Terribe put my confirmation number in and nothing
I have been trying all day to try to rent a car. I keep getting "issue" I need to speak with customer service. The phone # given to try to fix the problem is incorrect. I have talked to 5 or 6 different people and still don't have a car reservation.
App/online does not communicate with all locations. Thought I had a rental booked, but show up and told they don't accept online orders and Budget will not let them opt out of being included or change to "Call to Book" like the local Hertz/Thrifty.
